We can install a Solid State Disk, which will improve your boot up times and speed up opening applications.

This may sound obvious but the first thing to check is both ends of the cables. Also check that the power switch is on. Then check to see if the circuit breaker in the fuse box has been tripped. If the problem is not resolved following these checks, give us a call.

Check the spelling of the sender email address as often there are small differences between a legitimate company's email address and that of a fake. There are often grammatical and spelling mistakes in the main body of the email too. Finally, if you are not expecting the email, be cautious. Absolutely! Our rule of thumb is try to keep two copies of everything valuable - one copy in the cloud (One Drive / Dropbox etc) and one locally on an external disk that you should unplug afterwards.

No, always shut down your PC via the start menu. Granted this takes a little longer under Windows 10/11 than older versions like Windows 7 but this is because Windows is putting certain files and settings into a save-state so that it can load up significantly faster when you turn it back on.
