Items that are returned after 7 days of you originally receiving them or are in any way damaged, will not be entitled to a refund.

If you originally paid through PayPal, then you will be refunded through PayPal and back onto the same card the original transaction was carried out using. We would appreciate your feedback and therefore it would also be helpful if you could attach a note in with the item(s) or send us an e-mail to advise us as to why you have decided to return the goods.
